Why do I need an ultrasound if I’ve already had a pregnancy test?

An ultrasound can tell you the fetal development timeline of your pregnancy and identify the age of the baby. Limited ultrasounds are performed by trained medical personnel and supervised by a licensed physician.

Will anyone find out about my appointment?

All of our services are confidential. We value your privacy and adhere to strict privacy policies. This is a safe place for you to talk about your pregnancy.

Is there a cost for Alpha’s services?

All of our services are offered to you free of charge.

Do I need to make an appointment or can I walk in?

While we encourage everyone to make an appointment to ensure you are seen in a timely manner, we do welcome walk-ins. Appointments are available Monday through Friday. Call 386-586-0210 to make your appointment.

How soon should I come in for a pregnancy test?

You can make an appointment as soon as the first day you have missed your period. Our lab-quality pregnancy tests can detect the pregnancy hormone after approximately four weeks from the first day of your last period.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

Absolutely! Your boyfriend, spouse, friend or family member is welcome to come with you.

When will I receive my pregnancy test results?

You will receive your test results at the time of your appointment.
